6 x 1hr sessions 1 to1 or 6 x 1.5hr sessions for small groups (follow up sessions as needed)
This programme provides the information, training and support for participants to develop the necessary skills and strategies for monitoring and managing their thinking, feelings and behaviour. Participants who complete the programme and implement the learning can expect to see improvements in the quality of their relationships, better communication and be better equipped to achieve their personal and professional goals.
This is an educational programme with structured content and requires the participants to apply the skills and strategies learnt during the sessions in their relationships at home, at work or wherever they come into contact with other people. This will be followed up at the beginning of each subsequent session to monitor progress.
